SpyBot Scripts.

SpyBot is used to detect and remove spyware from your computer. It has been rated as a good antiSpyware program by Consumer Reports. The scripts make the program easier to use with JAWS.

If you get an error while trying to install the program, get some sighted help and try installing it with Jaws turned off. This applies whenever you install the whole program, downloading and installing the small weekly updates doesn't have this problem.

SpyBot scripts 2.0 Downloads.

SpyBot Scripts version 2.0 makes it easier to download periodic updates from the web.
The SpyBot Scripts should work with JAWS versions 4.51 and later. The following download contains the SpyBot Scripts packaged with an installer that makes it easy to install the scripts in the right folder on your computer. Download the file spybot_scripts_2.0.zip into any folder, then click on it to unzip it and run the setup program. You will be presented a list of all versions of Jaws installed on your computer. Select one of the versions of Jaws and follow the screens and the scripts will be installed in the right folder, and finally the scripts will automatically be recompiled into whatever version of Jaws you selected. The setup also installs the SpyBot Scripts help files.

After downloading the file, click on it and unzip it. Your unzip utility should run the file setup.exe automatically.
