This program is typically used to conveniently upload and download files to a host (remote) computer. Often these are files that you use to build your web site, but actually, you can store any files on the remote computer as long as you have permission to do so.
The FTP Explorer Scripts fix a few problems, and make the program easier to use.

Most of the main program functions that previously had to be accessed with drop down menus can now be quickly accessed with hotkeys.

Navigation hotkeys have been added to make it easier to move around the major parts of the program.

The status bar and FTP log are monitored for key status messages and errors, and the scripts report the messages when they occur. This gives the JAWS user a better idea of what is happening during periods of silence.

The cancel button which is used to abort an upload has been fixed.

The properties window for a file is now read properly.
The scripts include documentation that describes how to use FTP Explorer with the scripts.
Download.
The FTP Explorer Scripts are now available for download. They are packaged with an easy to use Setup program which makes it easy to install and uninstall the scripts. Download the file ftp_explorer_1.2.exe into any folder on your computer then click on the file to run the setup program. The installer will allow you to install the scripts in any version of JAWS on your computer, and the scripts will automatically be recompiled into whatever version you select.
